Which Memory to get?

I'm building a new comp and I was wondering which memory should I get,
3x2Gb 1333MHz G-Skill CL9-9-9-24 Triple Channel kit, 115£
F3-10666CL9T-6GBNQ
or
3x2Gb 1600MHz G-Skill CL9-9-9-24 Triple Channel kit, 137£
F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

The latencies are the same on both sticks but the latter has bit higher clock.
Is the higher clock worth the extra money or should I go with the slower ones?
Also, I've heard that windows occasionally recognizes only 2Gb to 4Gb out from the total 6Gb, so
is this a common problem or is this only a G-Skill fault?

Windows 32 or 64?
Win32 will not see 4gb of ram, its like 3.7 max or something.

Benchmarks show very little difference in 1066 and 1600, but it is only 22 dollars more. I would get the 1600mhz ram... because the next time you get shot in the head on some shooter game, you might wish you had that 2 extra FPS! Also 1600 looks better too. Kina like the paintjob on your car, its not all about performance... what good is a computer if it doesnt look good?!

I'm planning on using Win 7 64bit.
I've read too that the difference isn't much.
And the price difference isn't much, so I will go with the faster ones.
Thanks!

Awesome :D
Shouldn't have a problem having 4gb or more then.
Just make sure the motherboard and the ram are happily compatible. Even though in most cases they are, I like to call the tech support of both manufacturers just to double check. It's a nightmare when they don't work together well.
Good luck!
