Judging by the list of features, Revision 2 supports auto-unlocking, which will only matter if you're really lazy and are using a CPU with unlockable cores (X2 5xx or X3s). It's likely they also improved on some other things. I'm willing to bet that any one you buy now will be a Revision 2 anyway, so I don't think it really matters.
