Windows 7 OEM

hey guys really quick question (i just wasn't too sure so yeah)
is this - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/campaigns/campaigntemplate.asp?CampaignID=1100 - an authentic version of windows 7 or is it like a knock off version. because i was wondering why it was so cheaper than everywhere else, and i know OEM can mean made by an other manufacturer but it can also mean made my same manufactured.
so is it the real thing?
