P4m900 problems with windows 7

Hello, i can't shutdown suspend or restart my computer after installing windows 7, the systems starts closing and then freezes...
I have a BIOSTAR P4m900 m775 motherboard, with a Western Digital SATA 150GB HDD and a Seagate IDE 80 GB HDD
