Quad core MB with onboard 1934 port

I would like to know which quad core mother board with built in 1934 ports is best for Protools 7.4

Bunches? You didn't even tell us what socket your using. All the motherboards I've owned for the last 4 boards have had onboard firewire. They were sockets 754, 939, and two 755 boards. The 755 boards have also had eSATA. Without knowing what your looking for we can't suggest anything.

My Plan was for i7/i7 Extreme Edition using Intel X58 Express Chipset with 8 GB DDR3 1600 ECC mem. was hoping for about 10 mgs of cache.
