What is causing my computer to randomly freeze + loud continuous buzz

My computer from time to time randomly freezes and the speaker has this sharp loud buzz that doesn't stop unless I force reset the computer.

Are you overclocking?? If so this happened to me with my Phenom 965 system when I was giving to little Vcore. What system are you using? If Overclocking what's your Vcore?? It's hard to help you when no1 knows any of your system details. When the system makes a loud buzzing sound do you get a BSOD? Or does the PC just freeze? More detail and system info please
