Since I installed the Sims 2 patch, the maid began to do weird things.
For example she spend hours to pull in and out the dishes from the
dishwasher. The only way to stop this madness, is to sell the dishwasher.

Is there someone having the same "madmaid" problem ? Any suggestion to solve
it ?

Thanks in advance, Neldot

Yes. I have to do the same thing. I noticed just a little while ago my
maid didn't obsess over the dishwasher in one house but then all the
sudden she started. So I just had one of my sims shoo her away from the
dishwasher.

Yeah, it's the Espresso machine. She keeps putting the cups in the
wash. then takes it out and puts it back in.

Only solution I think is to not use the Espresso machine. or you can
"Dismiss" her, which sends her home for the day.

I had the same problem. then i realised it was because i had an object on
the counter above the dishwasher. the espresso machine, so she kept reaching
up and taking the cups and washing them. i had to sell the washer, then make
sure i didn't put any appliances over the dishwasher.

I have had the same problem with a maid and the dishwasher. I have also
had a similar problem with a maid and the aquarium.

I had the same problem with the fish tank. She would spend from 10 to 5
cleaning the tank, then said it was to late to continue working and left
without cleaning anything else. I had to use the moveobjects on cheat to
sell it so she would clean the rest of the house. Very bizarre.
