Intel i7 3770k
Gigabyte 2GB GTX 670
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Corsair 8GB (2x4) 1600MHz LP
Noctua NH-D14 Double Air Fan
Lexa S Case
Corsair 650W TX2 PSU
Pioneer Optical DVD Drive

I was wondering, what temperature is a safe/the max I can overclock my 3770k at?
And at what voltage for each of the temperatures?

Additionally, which method should I use?
BIOS?
Auto Tune
Or that other program where you individually control the cores and really complicated stuff o.o
