Finishing off my system with a monitor

I was thinking of treating myself to a new monitor for Christmas (since my girlfriend buys crappy presents). However, I am unsure of which monitor to choose. I pretty much narrowed it down to these two models but have no idea which is best. The only games I really play are WoW and Modern Warfare 2. Also my card is a 4890 if that helps at all.

BenQ G2140HD
I am also open to other models in the same price range.

Of the two, I would defiantly go for the BenQ 2410.
Non-standard resolutions, as found on the Samsung, are really not ideal.
