I want to buy a Graphics card for my Core 2 Duo (2.4 GHz). I have a budget of less than $200 including Power Supply and cooler (if needed). I can't go beyond that.
Now the problem I'm facing is to choose either GeForce or Radeon HD.
I have few cards in my eye but I would Love to know if thier is a better one.
I don't have a long list of games

Call of Duty
Crysis
Assassin's creed
Battlefield 2
Resident Evil 5
Prototype
.....
I would like to get some suggestions.
Please tell me the best card and power supply

The ATI 5770 is your best choice of video card, support DX11 and can play any game under the sun for a year or two. Bear in mind you've got a old Core 2 Duo so there might be sight bottlenecking in performance.

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1GB $164.99
