IBT and Furmark questions

I wanna find out if my PSU can handle OCing, SLI etc so I have IBT which can stress CPU and Furmark to stress my GPU but they can either stress GPU or CPU at one time.

So.. is it okay(safe) to run both IBT and Furmark at the same time or is there other software that can stress both on the get go?

You could just tell us your hardware components and we could tell you if it's enough for SLI/Crosffire, OCing etc.
Anyway I'm not sure about using both at the same time....IBT will stress your CPU which may not be able to make full use of Furmark
