my PC asks system password it does not reboot either by F2 or F12.when you click either F2 or F12, it asks a password. I did not give any system password before. What shall I do?

Can you F8 into safe mode and repair the OS or run AV scan ? Your system may be infected. If not, boot from Windows CD and repair the OS.
