I am looking for help turning my big ol' Coolermaster RC690 case into something more portable. I am mostly wanting to re-use everything I have, just opt for a smaller case and maybe some other little extras like DDR3 RAM or a SSD.

Current specs:
Coolermaster CM690
AMD Phenom 2 X3 720 processor at 3.0 GHz
4 gigs of OCZ DDR2 1066 RAM
750 Watt corsair PSU
Sapphire 4890 graphics card
GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

What I might want:
Thermaltake Lanbox Lite
GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H AM3 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I want to reuse everything but the DDR2 RAM, the case. and the Mobo.

What I am asking for some help with is:
Will everything work?
Suggestions for DDR3 RAM.
Opinions on going from huge case to Lanbox one.

Thanks, and any replies/feedback is appreciated.

What do you mean by DDR3 1333 CL 7? Yea, right now i have a Xigmatek Dark Knight cooler, and I am 100% sure that would not fit in the Lanbox, so I was just gonna go with the stock little AMD cooler. Even over clocked to 3.0 GHz this processor wont get super hot.

I also forgot to mention are SSD's worth the money right now? And if so what do you guys suggest?

Thanks.
