My PC Specs:

Intel i7 3770k
Gigabyte 2GB GTX 670
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Corsair 8GB (2x4) 1600MHz LP
Noctua NH-D14 Double Air Fan
Lexa S Case
Corsair 650W TX2 PSU
Pioneer Optical DVD Drive

I was wondering, what temperature is a safe/the max I can overclock my 3770k at?
And at what voltage for each of the temperatures?

105 degrees celsius is the TJ Max for that processor. Going any higher than this could cause damage, and your CPU will automatically throttle itself down or turn itself off to prevent that.

Anything below that temperature is technically safe, but many reviewers are saying that 85 degrees is a good temperature to stay below for a daily, normal use overclock.

The voltage you use will be whatever is required to reach your desired clock speed, it varies for each individual chip. As long as you don't exceed the maximum temperature, you can use whatever voltage you want, but lower is obviously better. Don't exceed the chip's max voltage of 1.52 volts.

I'd prefer to stay under 1.3 volts for a 24/7 usage ,and I think you can get nice speeds even @ 1.2v that's safer and cooler.
Actually a core i7 3770k running 4.6 Ghz is very stable @ 1.2v and if you were lucky you will get this at around high 70's or so.

Buy intels 25$ cpu protection plan, if you burn up your chip overclocking or if it even exploded overclocking (pushing the imagination here) you would be covered. http://click.intel.com/tuningplan/

I am running mine 24/7 at 5ghz you can see my settings on my screenshots here:
http://systeminplace.net/react/overclock/

With these settings and my Kuhler I am not going over 169F in temps on any of my cores. I was able to push it further however I was happy to just beat the extreme edition CPU.

I would say 1.35V is the most I am willing to take it with the lower the better. At that voltage 4.6ish is reasonable @ 70ish degrees for a mid air cooler.

In reference to OP:
1) max temp is debatable but I would not go above 80C
2) voltage at a particular temperature is purely determined by the clock speed, case, ambient temperature and cpu cooler.
