Hello,i have a intel q9450 core2 quad 2.66ghz/12/1333 cpu and 2 sticks of 1gb ddr2 533 240 pin memory... i would like to upgrade to the to a 800 at a latter date - my ? is this - one what is the best motherboard for this cpu that would let my do this -

or if i can not, what motherboard would support ddr 3 1666 and what would be the best cpu in this
upgrade case of the cpu?

I would upgrade to the ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard once you decide to go with DDR2 800 RAM. I don't think it'll support DDR2 533 memory, so you'll have to do this upgrade all at once.
