Hello,

I have just started looking around SSD's and I really can't tell right from left there... Any 1 mind giving me a helping hand? I'm looking for something around 200-250 usd and some basic explanations about what I may encounter...

My PC:

CPU: Phenom II x4 965
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H
RAM: 4GB
GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460

Unless you have a boatload of money then you would use the SSD for your boot/OS drive and a conventional hdd for everything else.

Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F120GBGT-BK 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) $199.99 and free shipping

Western Digital Caviar Black WD5002AALX 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $149.99

The Corsair SSD has high read/write speeds and at 120gb is great for the boot/OS drive and the Wester Digital will work for everything else unless you want to go to 1tb on the second drive.

Im unfamiliar with Europes online stores. However, one of the best places is mwave, a store similar to newegg. Mwave's online store doesnt ship to Europe I think, but they have a store at ebay that does. Search ebay.com for "mwave" or "techtreasure" Its the same store, and they are the best store at ebay with worldwide shippping!

Is there something u don't know : ))

I'm thinking between Corsair Force Series GT and OZC vertex 3... Which would you suggest? The price is about the same.
