I use XP and I have one icon that refuses to stay where I put it. Can you help?

One of my icons moves all over the screen. When I right click the desktop, the following items are checked:
- Align to grid
-Show desktop items
-Lock web items on desktop
OS: Win XP
Not only does the one icon move when I reboot, it also may move when I shut down my browser. Can anyone help?

Arrange icon by: name....then see if it stays in place. You might also delete, then create a new shortcut for the icon.
