PSU installation

Hi I am trying to install my Antec EA650 PSU to my Coolermaster RC-690 case. The PSU is mounted at the bottom of the case. Ironically, I can't figure out which side of the PSU should be facing up. Should it be the side with the fan or the side without the fan? Anyone who can help? Thanks.

It can go either way since there are vents in the bottom of the RC-690.

I would personally put it with the fan up. That way it will suck in and exhaust the warm internal air.
