It's cooled in an H100 in a push/pull configuration.

I have mine at 4.6 with the offset voltage at +0.15, which makes it 1.3 volts, in the process of stability testing now but it seems pretty good

I am also cooled with an h100 and it doesnt get about 70

I heard JJ from ASUS on a newegg video on youtube say that you don't want to go beyond 1.350v nor 4.8Ghz on Ivy

EDIT: You might want to watch this vid COMPLETELY before you do anything to you PC.

You are so right. Just looking around the net at some of the voltages and temps people are using after seeing this video about 3 times just scares me!!
