my rig is
ASUS Rampage iii Formula Motherboard
Intel i7 960 @ 3.2 GHz stock
Corsair H70 cooler
12GB of Corsair Dominator RAM
EVGA GTX 570 HD 2.5GB
So I found my bclk stable at 200.
My memory is at 1604Mhz and memtest86+ stable at 1.64v.
So I was going in for the kill to get my 960 to 4.2GHz. Set multiplier at 21x,
CPU Voltage 1.4375
CPU PLL 1.812 on auto
QPI/DRAM 1.375
DRAM Bus 1.643
tried lower CPU voltage and got BSOD
idle temps are between 49-52 celsius between cores
but temps during prime 95 started to get up to 91 degrees so I stopped it in fear of damaging my CPU
My H70 cooler only has one fan on it I'm using in a pull config (maybe thats the problem?) and it's plugged into the motherboards CPU_FAN and OPT_FAN1 header(maybe it should be plugged directly into the PSU?)
Do my voltages look ok?
What temps should I shoot for?
Is it my H70 config that's giving me high temps or do I just need to lower my overclock?
