Motherboard and ram on fire.

Hello,

i have a P5Q- deluxe, an e8200, and 8gigs of OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory.

recently, ive noticed that my cpu stays at 28 degrees which is perfect but my motherboard reaches 60 degrees and the computer freezes, requiring a restart.

i wanted to know, can ram become faulty and cause excess heat?
or do i have to buy a good memory cooler.
my memory isint overclocked either.

id appriciate any help.

Test the RAM with SuperPI and see what happens.
