HIS ATI Radeon 6950 Crossfire X2

Hi everyone, i have 2 overclocked 6950's that have been stable for moths until suddenly i start getting blue screens and instablity ![:heink:]( ":heink:")
I uninstalled all the software and drivers and reinstalled everything and i'm curently running a furmark stress test and were it previosuly blue screened it's now fine :S. I'm not complaining but i'm just wondering does this normally happen, and what could of caused it??
