Please reccomend socket 775 (Intel) Processors under $200 (or about)

I wondering if anyone could recommend a cpu under or around $200 that's designed for the intel 775 socket.

I've already looked at these two and was wondering which of these 2 are better as well:

Of those 2, the Core 2 Quad is better.
