my cpu is a amd phemon II x4 840 3.2 ghz and mobo is a asrock n68-s ucc motherboard and the mobo can handle up 2 95w from the cpu so if i oc the cpu i dont raise the voltage very much plz help

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but here goes anyway...

You could overclock using the stock voltage, most processor's will allow you to gain a few hundred Mhz without increasing the voltage.

You may also be able to get away with a slight voltage bump, I just wouldn't go too crazy as your motherboard obviously isn't designed with overclocking in mind.

Keep an eye on those temps too :)
