Hello, I have recently ordered my new system and was wondering about GFX card OCing capabilities if any are available. I am familiar with MSI afterburner and how it works, all I need to know is what would be a safe Clock Speed/Memory Clock and would I have to alter the voltage. Thanks.

Specs:

Case - CM Storm Enforcer
Mobo - M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance
GPU - XFX HD 6950 1GB GDDR5

Also, I am only using the stock heatsink for my CPU (Irrelevant to this question but..) and the fans that come pre-installed with the case, will these be 'bad' for overclocking with or will the be okay for the system.

Hi

Most HD 6950's will manage 950Mhz Core and 6000Mhz (Effective) memory clock, I'd recommend staying below 1.25V for 24/7 use, and make sure your GPU temps stay south of 90C as an absolute maximum.

Overclocking on the stock CPU cooler is not recommended if you intend to play with the voltage, Grab an aftermarket CPU cooler if its in your budget.
