It may not be your laptop.
If it is only 4 months old you are still under Dell support. Contact Dell with the service code and they can help you reset the password.
If the password is the laptop bios password Dell can help you clear password
(password stored on eprom on motherboard)
If the Hard Disk password is set then I don't think Dell or even hard disk manufacturer can help you
(password stored on hard disk controller)
only low level format erase is possible
