750gb 7200rpm 6.0gbs/sec Hdd ?

I can't seem to find a 750gb hdd with 7200rpm / 64mb cache and 6.0gbs sec , I was going to get a 1tb one like this but its now 219.00 due to the flooding in Thailand

Can anyone reccomend me One like that ? and I read that A 32 mb cache can be faster then a 64mb cache so if it is a 32 mb cache I want it to be fast , the hdd will be my main drive

Just get a SATA2 (3GB) drive if you find one current SATA6GB will not even max the Sata2 interface
