Fs_none file system

Hello,
Please help me,
I have a 160 GB HDD which is partitioned like these below :
- 148 GB partition is FS_NONE file system (primary).
- One partition contains hundreds of MB (primary).
- One unallocated.
This HDD is IDE.
This HDD is a part of LG HDD/DVD Recorder. I need to archive video files on this HDD in MS. Windows.
