OC for i5 3570K + Asus P8Z77-V LE

Could use some help in correct BIOS settings (Screen shots would be perfect) to get my new i5-3579K to a STABLE 4.4 or 4.5Ghz? Better would be nice but I hear the temps run too high.
I will be using CM H60 Liquid cooling 8Gb DDR3.
