2000mhz vs 1333mhz Much difference?

Hello, I have a Alienware Aurora with a i7 920 OC'd to 3.20, 6gb 1333mhz RAM. Will going from 1333mhz to 2000mhz make much of a difference?

If your timings stay the same, it will make a difference!! If you have to loosen your timings to much, it will not make much of a different... Example

DDR3 1333 at 6-6-6-24-2 vs DDR3 2000 at 6-6-6-24-2 - DDR3 2000 all the way!

DDR3 1333 at 6-6-6-24-2 vs DDR3 2000 at 9-9-9-24-2 - Pretty Equal

Is it a simple as dividing the timing by the CAS?

1333/6 = 222.17, 2000/9=222.23 ??

I just found out that my OCZ DDR3-1600 (Gold) is CAS 9, I thought is way 7! 1600/9 = 177.78, so even 1333 CAS 6 is faster!
