Standoff question for GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2

Hello,
I'm installing my GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2 into a cooler master cm690. when installing the standoffs there is a 7th hole for a standoff that has no hole in the motherboard tray the 7th screw hole. its the right most bottom hole. Don't put any standoff that doesn't have the corresponding hole in the mobo, it might touch a circuit on the back of the mobo and short it.

I think the OP is describing the opposite. A motherboard mount point with no standoff hole. Though that doesn't sound right.

Falcon your right. the motherboard has a mount point but there is no standoff hole below it. I finished the computer and just held the motherboard when plugging things in near it. posted and everything. so I guess it was just a extra hole for some reason
