I have no video and my fan is spinning way to fast help

im having the same problem with two off my computers one is a asus with amd athlon x2 and one with a intel pentium and asus board ive tryed every thing i get the beep when i take out ram but don't know what to do next

Which fan is spinning way too fast ? Gfx Card fan, CPU fan, case fan, any other fan ?

Pls give us a little more spec of your computers.

When you remove all RAM modules, you get beeps. This is understandable.

Pls tell us what happens when you push the power button on the case. Do you see anything on the screen or do you have no video right from the beginning and one fan immediately starts to spin way too fast ?
