Which SSD is best for online racing?
Which features are important for an SSD when racing online?
Do you have some suggestions about which SSD is very good in
RAID 0?

SSD doesn't make a difference in terms of game's performance,it only reduces load times.
I personally recommend Crucial M4 SSDs because of their reliability

I am buying an M4 tonight for that very reason. User reviews on some other well reviewed brands indicated lots of failures.

I will have to disagree here. I just got a new Kingston HyperX SSD and I saw a pretty noticeable FPS increase in BF3, one of the main games I play. Sure it wasn't 15 fps but it was very much noticeable.

Online racing? Do you mean playing a game on the Internet? If the answer is yes, then a solid state drive will not make any difference. You are totally at the mercy of your Internet Service Provider and the online games' web host.
