You will see an improvement overall but I have to do some research to see if I can find a quantative number for you.

I reviewed your monitor (missed it the first review) and recommend this ASUS 21.5" since it is 1920x1080 for the same price. You will benefit more from the 5850 by doing so, if not lower your GPU to. 5770.

You can use an adapter for the extra PCI-e connectors safely. I'm just a believer if you PSU doesn't have the required connectors you shouldn't do it... It is a personnel perference on my part.

Ok, I think what I'm ging to do now is switch out the monitor to the one you suggested. Go with the Ocz 700 Watt. And the G.Skill Ram you suggesteg. It comes out to only $10 more than what I originally posted.
