ATI,LG monitor cum tv

Hi I'm steve....

I have planned to buy a ATI Graphic card for playing and watching HD movies in my home.

B'cos i 'am going to buy a new FULL HD (1920 X1080 resolution)
“LG M227WA” or “LG M237WA” LCD Monitor cum TV which has the folowing ports:- (2 HDMI input ports, 1 DVI-D Input(PC), 1 RGB Input (PC), 1 Component Input, 1 RF Antenna input) & etc.....

Please advice on the Lg monitor.

Pls help me

1. Tell me a graphic card (PCI EXPRESS x16) which can be used in Windows XP Profesional 2002 Sp3.

2. My PC woks on 230volt power supply b'coz i'm in india..

3. I want to know who is the best manufacturer of ATI RADEON.

4. My budget is max $65=INR 3000.

5. Pls help me in getting a Graphic card with several of those ports mentioned above, especially with HDMI, DVI-D & several of those ports.

Please reply soon. Im eager to buy it soon.

i think you can try ati 4670 as i think this is the only card you will be able to find in your budget
though for games at least a 4850 is recommended for the resolution you will be using
