Hi. I just wanna ask one question.
What heatsink fan would you suggest for an i5-3570k cpu which I will OC to about 4.0 to 4.5 GHz??

Not on a 3570K... 4.5 will be a stretch with a 212 Evo on a 3570K. The cooler they use in this article http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ivy-bridge-overcloc... is close to the 212 Evo in terms of cooling performance and they saw thermal throttling at 4.5 on a 3770K.
4.5 on Ivy seems to require top end air cooling like a Thermalright Silver Arrow or Noctua NH-D14 or even custom water cooling.
Temp wise, 4.5 with Ivy is comparable to 5.0+ with Sandy.
