Havik 140

Is the Havik 140 a decent cooler? Was planning on using it with a 3570k that I would *hope* to OC to 4.5ghz or higher.
Or would you recommend that I get a different cooler like a Hyper 212 Evo, or maybe something like a Thermaltake Frio?
Any other suggestions?

Those are all going to be good coolers, but very loud, especially under load.
Check out Xigmatek, Cooler Master TPC812 and Noctua for quiet stuff.
