Have disabled graphics card and integrated graphics on mobo, now no bios or any screen appearig ,how to solve this, nothing appears on monitor ?

clear your CMOS.

on the motherboard is a small battery. remove it, and touch the jumpers with the end of a screwdriver to short the circuit.

this will reset your BOIS to default, and should allow you to boot into windows and re-install your VGA software.
