Are these specs OK and compatible...I reside in Australia and the total is A$1,639...

I'd check the power supply. Where are you ordering from, and do they have anything by Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling or any of the like? You've got a great looking build there, and you don't want to have a shoddy power supply. Take a look at this list and see if you can find any power supplies from the first two or three tiers: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

+1, NO on that power supply. Also get some lower latency, lower frequency RAM - look for 1600MHz/CL7. There's also a build advice form in my sig that you should fill out for more advice.
