Unknown USB device

Hello,

The ASUS P7P55D mother board cannot recognize the USB port of DCP-135C printer from Brother. Do you have any suggestions ? Please help. Thank you.

Can the same port recognize other things such as mice,flash drives?

Also check if other computers recognize the printer.

if it is the front port, before u plug in ANYTHING (especially flash drive) check the connection to the m/b 1st.

if it is the back port, try something else like a cheap mice will do.

and did you have the driver installed?
