I got this card recently, after installing it and catalyst media center it worked. This is a pci card. And when I connected the dongles to the card, I hooked up my xbox using a s-video. The problem is the response time, when I press a button on the controller is takes a full second to occur in the game. So that make every game unplayable. I dont know where in the connected it is making this slow response time.

Return this card. ATI 650 PCI/PCIE have hardware and software issues in both XP and VISTA-64.

It does not work on Vista-64 Media Center. If it does it requires a lot of work. The hardware Antenna input is susceptible to failure. I had mine replaced 3X due to the same failure. I parked my PCIE 650.

Get the hauppage 2250. It do what it is supposed to do. Hardware and software work. It work with Windows Media Center as well.

Why would you connect your XBOX to PC-TV Tuner? The recommended setup for XBOX is directly connect it to your TV or Monitor.

Most TV & Monitors have multiple Video input. Save yourself the trouble.
