Help-Rampage Extreme III, Would a raid card downclock my sli-ed GPU's.

Hey Everyone,

I work in Adobe Premiere and After Effects so I need a fast scratch disk to work on.

I am looking to eventually put two cards in SLI in the rampage and also have a SAS card for my two Fujistu's in raid 5.

My build:

My question is would the including of the raid card downclock one of my GPU's and make it 16X/8X/8X?

If that's the case should I go with the ASUS P6T6 board with the n200f chip?
