Looking for a new graphics card

Hi,

I wanna buy a new sub 100euro's graphics card. I mainly use my PC for gaming (games like Call Of Duty MW2, etc.)
The only problem is, I don't really know which one to buy.
At the moment I've got an ATI Radeon HD3650, and I'm looking for a card that's better (ofcourse)
Is there anything out there that's better but consumes about as much as the HD 3650 ?

I was looking at the XFX HD 4770...
I still need to open up my PC to look what power supply I got. But anyways; here's my PC.

ATI Radeon HD 3650
2 Gigs of DDR2 - SDRAM @800Mhz
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (@2,4Ghz)
250 gb HDD (@ 10.000rpm)
Got a 19inch monitor.

We do need your PSU specs to recommend anything. But a 4770 is a nice card. It's around the performance of a GTS 250 card, which is also nice, but tends to cost a bit more.
