I recently upgraded my system to a Core 2 Duo E7500 and 4GB Kingston HyperX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104072 . I ran a Prime 95 and had an error FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

I read around and some people say its an undervolted CPU, I don't overclock so I don't see how stock could be, or other is undervolted RAM. My RAM is rated at 2.2V, if I am correct in reading in HWMonitor the VIN1 is RAM. IF that is true then its reading 1.75V. Should I go into BIOS and change DRAM voltage manually to 2.2V or is that fine?

You should be able to safely increase the RAM voltage to 2.3V in the BIOS. If you are not OCing, then your RAM should be showing its speed as 800MHz in CPU-Z, or DRAM Frequency ~400MHZ. For that speed the 1.75V should be ok, but if you continue having errors, you could increase it to about 1.9V or 2.0V (in the BIOS).
