Why are you looking for a DDR1 card? The memory type on the video card doesnt interact with the rest of the system so you dont need to have a DDR1 card with a DDR1 system, a DDR3 card will work fine too.

If you need a DDR1 card, you are going to need to look on ebay as those are much older than what newegg stocks but the prices will be pretty high since they have moved onto being rare specialty items that a few people desperately need.

If you have an AGP 8x slot and need a new card either get the 4650 for $80 or start saving up for a whole new system.
