I have dell 350V printer. The icon has diapperared on the lower right of screen

need to get back missing icon printer on lower right of screen. Dell 350 v when looking at recipes, etc, I can not reprint them even if the site indicates a print spot. How can I get one to show up on bottom? It is on my left hand side of screen....called shortcut, but I can not move it down to the bottom lin of right hand side. I am a novice! Two more experienced friends, but not experts, have tried to move it with the mouse, also. It does not stay down there
