Burning CD or DVD

i have a buielt in Matchita DVD UJ-850s in my HP laptop and i changed the operating system from XP to W7 and since them a i have a problem in burning cd and dvd? i guess it is a driver problem?j i will apperciate any help

Could be. Have you looked for driver updates?
What software are you using to try to burn the CD or DVD? What steps are you taking, and what is the error you are getting or problem you are having?
