How to resintall windows explorer xp

Windows explorer xp has become very slow searching. Any other disgnosis besides need for reinstalling WE XP?

Maybe Index searching is turned on - that always slows things down. More likely though, is the amount of clutter the system accumulates over time. Download CCleaner from http://www.piriform.com and use it to clear out the old dead stuff. It won't remove anything you really need.

I recommend leaving the Registry cleaner side of it alone. If you do use it, take the offer of a Registry backup in case anything goes wrong.
