Hi.

I have WinXP Pro SP2. I use the search function quite a bit, and I would
like to place a shortcut in my 'Quick Launch' section on the taskbar. I
looked for the shortcut in XP, and tried to manually create on in the
'Start' menu, but no luck.

Anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks

The short-cut for Search is 'F3'

You'd better use Win+F, because F3 calls on the Search in the current
application/window.

Drag Search from Start to QuickLaunch. Enable Drag n Drop must be on in Start's Peoperties.
