Hello, i am currently in the process of picking out parts to build my computer. and i was wondering if all of these parts would work with the mobo? and if you guys had any suggestions/tips that would be great. thanks.

Mobo: ASUS P7P55D-E Pro
CPU: Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz
Heatsink:ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2
RAM:G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
GPU:XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770
PSU:CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-650HX
Case: Antec 902

i am mostly worried about whether or not the heatsink will fit in my case, and if it will spill over onto my RAM. is the mobo good for these parts? or if i should get a different one?

Everything is OK. High quality components.
Anyway, if you are thinking about doing OC, I would go for a better cooler:

In my opinion, these ones are the best ones:

In you want a cheap one, the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus has a very good price/performance ratio.
